HR Generalist & Employee Engagement
Manage employee life cycle: onboarding, induction, exit formalities.
Maintain HR records, leave management, and support payroll inputs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and welfare activities.

Operations & Administration
Oversee day?to?day HR operations and office administration.
Coordinate vendor management and ensure smooth facility operations.
Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and MIS.

Compliance, HR Laws & Policy Implementation
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Act, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Draft, update, and implement HR policies & SOPs.
Handle employee grievances and ensure adherence to company policies.
