Key Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and college initiatives, to find qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to screen applicants and ensure they meet the requirements for open positions.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team, often using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Hiring Manager Collaboration:

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and the necessary skills for each role.

Offer Management:

Communicate job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and manage the entire offer process.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and applicants within the company's recruitment systems.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company's employer brand, making it an attractive place for top talent.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Experience:

Manage the recruitment process to provide a positive and smooth experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.

Reporting & Metrics:

Track and report on key hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
