Create and execute plans to meet organizational staffing needs, aligned with business goals.
Partner with hiring managers:
Collaborate with leaders to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates:
Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Manage the hiring process:
Oversee all stages of recruitment, including scheduling interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Maintain candidate databases:
Utilize and manage an applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain organized records of all recruitment activities.
Promote employer brand:
Act as a brand ambassador at recruitment events and through online platforms to attract talent.
Track and analyze metrics:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.
Mentor junior recruiters:
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced recruiters on the team.
Required skills and qualifications
Proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, such as using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
