Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, etc.).
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with relevant departments.
Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
2. Hiring Process Management
Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Evaluate resumes and applications to match candidates with job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
3. Employer Branding & Stakeholder Coordination
Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
Support employer branding initiatives, career events, job fairs, and campus recruitment.
Represent the company professionally in all recruitment interactions.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain and update recruitment reports, candidate databases, and trackers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy guidelines.
QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience
1-5 years of experience in recruitment (technical/non-technical depending on requirement).
Experience with ATS systems and HRMS tools is an added advantage.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sourcing and screening capabilities.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
