Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Handling on Roll and contract employees.
• Monitoring the organization's salary structure and benefits provision
• Responsible for policy making, payroll structures, Appraisal structures and deploying right candidate.
• Expertise in PF ESI and Labour compliance
• Observe a deadline & accuracy in terms of Deductions, Leaves & Overtime Pay during the payroll process.
• Responsible for Designing Salaries of Top, Middle and Lower level management and Shop Floor Employees while relating them to the Minimum Wages Act, getting their approvals and dispatching appointment letters.
• Responsible for Administering & assisting aspects of annual performance review and increments
• Assist General Manager in creating and maintaining salary range system, including periodic evaluation of levels/grades/bands used and annual range movement.
• Responsible for Prepare Full & Final Settlement of resigned employees and conducting Exit Interviews thus ensuring of smooth separation process.
• Expert Knowledge of handling Statutory Compliances like Provident Fund, ESIC, Labor Welfare Fund, Withdrawal Formalities of Provident Fund.
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and talent management , sourcing through Job Portal, Employees Referrals, , Internal database, Headhunting,
• Managing overall Gamut of HR aspect like Talent Acquisition, Management PMS, Employee Engagement, Promotion, Salary structuring.
• Negotiated / fixing salary and finalized offers for suitable candidates.
• Ensuring HR audit all statutory obligations in regards to EPF, ESI, Bonus, and Gratuity.
