Recruitments and Selection:
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for recruitment drive and selection of sales people in the assigned patch\xc2\xb7 Identifying low cost hiring sources. Maintain a healthy source mix\xc2\xb7 Ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to take care of existing as well as expected vacancies.\xc2\xb7 Tracking of hiring to ensure year end manpower plans are met.Joining & On-Boarding:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for smooth on-boarding of new hires\xc2\xb7 Ensuring timely generation of Emp Codes\xc2\xb7 Ensuring timely generation of appointment letters\xc2\xb7 Conduction HR Induction and orientation program.HR Operations:\xc2\xb7 Ensuring proper and complete documentation post selection of candidates.\xc2\xb7 Collection of all required pre-joining documents.\xc2\xb7 Collection of Joining kit/post joining documents from the candidates.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring timely dispatch of Joining KITs to HO.\xc2\xb7 Leave and Attendance management for new joineesEmployee Engagement:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for designing local level employee engagement initiatives and rolling them out.\xc2\xb7 Conduct town hall meetings with employees on a regular basis.\xc2\xb7 Regular branch visit and meeting with constituents.MIS:\xc2\xb7 Required to maintain various HR MIS related to Hiring/Sourcing/Funnel/Employee engagement/attrition etc.\xc2\xb7 Publishing HR dashboards and attrition analysis data to business stakeholders.Query and Grievance Management:\xc2\xb7 As HR SPOC, responsible for managing employee related queries and their resolution.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring proactive employee communication on process and policies.\xc2\xb7 Handling of employee grievances and taking proactive steps to ensure local level resolution of grievances.\xc2\xb7 Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations.Exit Management:\xc2\xb7 Keeping track of all exits happening within the zone\xc2\xb7 Conducting exit interviews and doing attrition analysis.\xc2\xb7 Timely inputs to HR Ops team for Stop salary and processing of F&F Settlement. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb980,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9120,000.00 per month Benefits:
