Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Lead and mentor the HR team
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Plan manpower requirements and succession planning
Design and manage performance appraisal systems
Support managers in goal setting, reviews, and development plans
Maintain healthy employee-management relationships
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Develop and manage salary structures, incentives, and benefits
Conduct compensation benchmarking and annual reviews
Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs
Promote leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives
Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and audits
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HRMS systems
Ensure accurate HR records and documentation
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and change management
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, performance, hiring, engagement)
Present insights and reports to senior management
