HR Manager Location- Belapur, Navi Mumbai- Work from Office Opportunity Work timing- Mon to Fri (9:30 am to 6pm) and Sat (9:30 am to 1:30 pm) Mode of Interview - Only Face to Face at Belapur Office Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably within a consulting firm, real estate, or public enterprise (Govt Entity). They will lead and manage HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with leadership to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • \xc2\xb7 Manage employee benefits, compensation, and reward programs.
  • \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • \xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor HR teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
  • \xc2\xb7 Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a consulting firm, real estate, or public enterprise.
  • \xc2\xb7 Proven track record in HR leadership roles, demonstrating strategic thinking and execution.
  • \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • \xc2\xb7 Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • \xc2\xb7 Experience in driving change management initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
  • \xc2\xb7 Experience in implementing HRIS systems.
  • \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with performance management tools and methodologies.
  • \xc2\xb7 Proven ability to analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision-making.
