The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably within a consulting firm, real estate, or public enterprise (Govt Entity). They will lead and manage HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities:

• \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\'s objectives.
• \xc2\xb7 Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• \xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• \xc2\xb7 Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with leadership to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
• \xc2\xb7 Manage employee benefits, compensation, and reward programs.
• \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• \xc2\xb7 Lead and mentor HR teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

• \xc2\xb7 Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources or a related field.
• \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a consulting firm, real estate, or public enterprise.
• \xc2\xb7 Proven track record in HR leadership roles, demonstrating strategic thinking and execution.
• \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• \xc2\xb7 Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• \xc2\xb7 Experience in driving change management initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• \xc2\xb7 Experience in implementing HRIS systems.
• \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with performance management tools and methodologies.
