Job Description

We are hiring a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function with strategic focus on talent management, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will drive people-centric policies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and lead HR strategy in alignment with business goals. Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning. Ensure statutory compliance, internal policy adherence, and HR audits. Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development plans. Design and implement employee engagement, rewards, and retention programs. Act as an advisor to senior leadership on HR matters and organizational structure. Manage HR budgets, vendor coordination, and third-party service providers. Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous feedback. Use HR analytics for decision-making and workforce optimization. Mentor and guide the HR team to build a strong and effective department.

Qualifications:



MBA in HR or equivalent qualification. 8-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a senior managerial capacity. Expertise in labor laws, compliance, talent management, and HR operations. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
