Manage end-to-end HR operations at the factory location.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction for factory and staff employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations (ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.), and factory rules.
Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with accounts/HR headquarters.
Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee welfare initiatives.
Conduct training sessions and ensure workforce skill development.
Monitor contract labor management and vendor compliance.
Support management in audits, inspections, and manpower planning.
Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety, ethics, and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / MBA (HR).
4-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a
manufacturing or factory environment
.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory act provisions
.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
