Job Description






Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.

  • Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
  • Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
  • Assist in the communication and maintenance of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
  • Responsible for handling all the exit formalities including full &final settlement.
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly employee engagement activities.
  • Promote HR programs and policies to create an efficient and conflict- free work space


Requirements



Eligibility

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Impactful presentation style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, can do attitude.
