Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Assist in the communication and maintenance of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
Responsible for handling all the exit formalities including full &final settlement.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly employee engagement activities.
Promote HR programs and policies to create an efficient and conflict- free work space
Requirements
Eligibility
3-5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Impactful presentation style
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
A positive, can do attitude.
