Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
Handle HR operations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HRMIS
Support employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling
Assist in performance management and training initiatives
Ensure HR policy implementation and labor law compliance
Prepare HR reports and MIS
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR
4-7 years of HR generalist experience
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Strong communication and MS Office/HRMS skills
