Handle recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll for salary processing.
Assist in employee engagement, training, and performance appraisal activities.
Ensure statutory compliance -- PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
Draft HR letters -- offer, appointment, experience, and relieving letters.
Support HR policies implementation and company culture initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline in the workplace.
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and statutory norms.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and professional confidentiality.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate or MBA in HR / Personnel Management.
4-7 years of experience in HR generalist functions.
