Responsible for driving employee retention, engagement, and development initiatives, along with supporting core HR operations like recruitment, induction, appraisal, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement employee retention and engagement programs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.
Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure ISO & compliance requirements.
Handle HR documentation, reports, and administrative activities.
