Your duties and Responsibilities
Contract Labor Management
Ensure to License under contract labor(R&A), Registration, Renewal. Statutory Compliances and Legal
To manage Wages Administration Assisting with grievances
Maintaining emergency preparedness and Coordinate to EHS Dept. For mock drill at site.
To maintain the Register of workmen, History Book, Muster Roll/O.T. Register/Wages Register, Register of Advance, Register of Deduction, Register of Fines, Register of Unpaid Wages, Register of Accident etc.
Dealing with different Labour Law Functions relating to Construction Industry, like Provident Fund, E.S.I.C, PT,Bonus, Workmen Compensation, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour Rules &Regulations, BOCW act & Factories related Rules etc.
Involving in various disputes for avoiding unhealthy atmosphere in the industry especially work stoppage, go slows, gheraos, strikes, lock-outs etc.
Dealing with various local problems &local authorities for smooth running at site works.
Site Conveyance Arrangements & preparing bills.
Recruitment of all workmen with proper documentation &legal aspects. Daily attendance of workmen through biometric system
Preparing monthly wages sheet of workmen. Payment of workmen &other supply agencies.
Day to day activity like Gate Pass, Daily Labour Report Preparation, Spot checking of workmen at site.
UAN generation &ECR submission in PF Portal.
Workmen grievances such as disbursement of wages, PF, PT, ESI &other statutory benefits.
Liaison and depositing all Statutory Returns relating to PF, ESI, BOCW, Labour Office and other Government agencies time to time.
Major achievement of co-coordinating with clients and Govt bodies and attending emergency cases and controlling of workmen at site &maintain to avoid unhealthy atmosphere on site.
Arranging medical checkup of staff & workmen.
Arranging display of the notice in the accordance with Labour laws and welfare facilities like Canteen, Rest rooms, Toilets &other maintenance work.
Security arrangement &controlling at site as per requirement.
Preparing IR &Admin. Related bills &certification / clearance of S/c. bills. To be reliable and dependable at site responsibilities &activities.
Looking after the workmen camp &transportation of workmen (Workmen camp to site to workmen camp) on daily basis.
Allocating the work to the subordinates and monitoring their work and record keeping. Coordinating with other departments Human Resource Management
Selection recruitment of departmental staff Joining Formalities
Compensation and benefits Employee engagement
To manage the late comings/absenteeism.
Monitoring &Evaluating the S/c performance time to time. Assists with ensuring fair disciplinary practices are maintained. Administration Work
  • Office & Facilities Management,
  • Liaison with external agencies related to the project work,
  • Travel arrangements for official tours/ Arranging vehicle &hotel for guest of our site visit.
  • Allotment of hutment and accommodation to labour and new staff Canteen Management according to Contract Labour State Rules Vender Management and contract issue and renewal on time
  • Colony Arrangement like drinking water and raw water with Electricity connection
  • Staff Accommodation at project site (Bachelors & Family)/Guest House arrangement and guest management
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
