Job Description

Experience: 3 - 6 years

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Commerce

Job Purpose:



To manage payroll processing, recruitment activities and HR documentation while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Payroll Management (Primary Focus):



Process end-to-end monthly payroll with accuracy & timeliness.

Manage statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.).

Handle salary revisions, increments, arrears & F&F settlements.

Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements & reconciliations.

Generate payroll MIS reports & maintain confidentiality of data.

Recruitment & Onboarding:



Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.

Schedule & coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.

Conduct induction programs for new employees.

Documentation & HR Operations:



Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS, and personal files.

Draft and manage HR letters (confirmation, transfer, experience, etc.).

Ensure statutory & compliance documentation is updated.

Support audits by providing required HR/payroll data.

Skills Required



Hands-on experience in Payroll software & MS Excel.

Knowledge of statutory compliance & labor laws.

Strong recruitment & interview coordination skills.

Attention to detail and confidentiality in documentation.

Good communication & interpersonal skills.
