Job Title: Employee Relations (ER) and Recruitment Specialist
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Handling End to end Recruitment Sourcing to on boarding and Till Exit formalities
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Post job advertisements on various platforms and screen incoming resumes.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with interview panels.
Prepare job offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations (ER) Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal HR policies.
Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
Maintain and update employee-related documentation and reports.
Support managers in addressing employee performance and behavioral issues.
Assist in the development and revision of HR policies.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
