Compensatory Offs Records to be maintained - Of all the employees. 7. Collecting the Timesheets from employees and Consolidating of all the employees of every month . 8. Preparing A report on Timesheet Analysis - Of all the employees by using the Timesheets. 9. Work log\'s to be shared to the Management - based on customer support 10. Preparing a Report on Employee\'s gross Hours - Based on Attendance. 11. Resolving the employee\'s Issues. 12. Coordinating the L&D Department - Fresher\'s from training to on boarding.
