Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations and departments
Source, screen, and schedule interviews with potential candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closures
2. Onboarding and Offboarding
Facilitate smooth onboarding experience including induction, documentation, and system access
Manage exit processes including clearance, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements
3. Payroll and Compliance
Prepare monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate salary processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, etc.)
4. HR Operations Support
Assist in policy implementation, employee engagement, performance management, and audits
Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HR systems
5. HR Metrics and Reports
Help generate and analyze HR metrics (attrition, headcount, attendance, etc.) for reporting and decision-making
6. Grievance Handling
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
Work with HR leadership to resolve issues fairly and promptly
7. Employee Documentation
Maintain and update employee files and records (both physical and digital)
Ensure proper documentation for all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and exits
