# Finance degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Engineering or related field. # SAP Financial applications and knowledge of accounting processes and Knowledge of SAP Concur T&E # Prior experience wi th Concur T&E solution as well as strong technical skills in Concur T&E integration and related ancillary modules. # Very good understanding of SAP#s Cloud business, Cloud to on-premise integration, SAP Cloud Platform, and Cloud operation processes. # 10 years of SAP Finance experience around 5 year of SAP Concur experience # Should have good experience in SAP Finance (AP), VAT and Integration with HR. # Should have good experience in SAP Concur, Global support experience (EMEA) and have good Communication Skills. # Ideally Concur Certified Consultant # SPOC and take ownership of the assigned SAP Integration and Concur L2 L3 tasks through to delivery or issue resolution or escalation, as appropriate # Concur Global Support development activities in code configuration build, deployment, tool configuration management administration, application environment set up, test case execution, change management # Develop specialist knowledge in relevant systems i.e. SAP Finance, Concur, Inte rfaces, documenting and sharing that knowledge, as required, with global teams. Willingness to learn and upscale the skill # MUST to have prior experience in providing support for Native SAP Travel Expense solution and relevant CONCUR tools. # Involv ed in month-end and year end closing in SAP T&E area. # Integration knowledge in of SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll systems and Credit Card feeds # Configuring the Concur Request and Expense as per the requirement. # Debug and troubleshoot productive S AP Concur end-user issues as needed in alignment with SAP IT T&E Operations and Business Support # Research on complex issues and provide recommendations, alternatives and risk assessments # Liaise with Concur to manage automated Credit Card Feeds & Expense Pay # Scheduled calls with Concur, with business SPOCs & stakeholders to ensure & deliver smooth support processes and raise necessary incidents # Analyse, implement & deliver Change Requests as per the agreement .
