Job Title: Sr. Executive/Dy.
Manager
Department: Admin
Compensation Level: IV/III Scope of Responsibility: HO
No. of direct Reportees: Nil Reports to: CHRO
Job Purpose: To manage administrative tasks that are required to ensure smooth
functioning of the firm
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: 'Administration:
- Responsible for entire admin activities for HO
- Monitor and support unit admin activities and carry out
monthly review
- Responsible for Admin cost, need to understand current
practices, put processes in place, monitor, review and take
corrective actions
- Directly responsible for security, guesthouse, housekeeping
and canteen management for HO and carry out monthly
review for all units
- Ensure smooth travel booking (Coordinating with various
stakeholders for ticket and hotel booking, identifying vendors
and getting competitive rates from them )
- prepare contracts for vendors as advised
- Responsible for corporate communication system viz.
telephone, mobile, data cards, etc.
- Responsible for upkeep of office
- Bill processing
- Support for event management
- Maintaining the files, documents and records as required
- To perform other administrative work administration
purchases viz. stationery items, eatables, flowers or bouquets
etc. whenever required
Social Securities:
'-To offer and administer wide variety of benefits to employees like,
GMC (Group Mediclaim), GPA (Group Personal Accident), GTIL (Group
Term Life Insurance) etc. Handle claims and provide guidance to
employees
Other duties
Key Performance Indicators - On time delivery of all the benefits to employees

- Timely Bill Processing
- Cost Control
Knowledge/ Educational Qualification - Any graduate with 7 -10 years of experience in Administration
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
Personal Skill, Attribute - Good Communication Skills
- Quick Learner
- Ability to work well with other departments
- Excellent organizing and coordinating skills
