Job Description

This role is for Hinduja Global Solutions for DTV business
Specific
? Manage the existing business partners and should be able to identify new business partners to sell our
COPEs
? Bring in STB Sales, Activations from existing and new partners as per the set targets
? Monitoring the existing business partners and assist with their concerns/challenges
? Keep the churn below the targets set
? Achieve the collection targets
? Promote Broadband; Combo and other digital products introduced by the organization
? Measure and report to management on impact of all activities being implemented
? Track customer issues through partners and resolve
? Recovery of deactivated STBs from the market
