Job Description

:

• Sr. Executive - Proto & Csutomer order

• Handling proto and customer orders products.
• Receive, sort, and store proto products and ensuring they are in the correct location bin.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer order products dispatches.
• Manage the processing and shipping of customer orders from start to finish.
• Conduct physical inventory counts for proto products and reconcile differences with computerized inventory.
• Oversee and manage inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing products.
• Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and tracking order progress.
• Tracking customer order shipments, coordinating with logistics providers, and resolving any delivery issues.
• Working with other teams, such as sales and manufacturing, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer communications.
• Identifying areas for improvement in order processing and inventory management to enhance efficiency and customer service.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems, order processing software, and relevant industry standards.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or order processing, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant software.
