As Sr. Executive - Operations, your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the shipments till shipment reaches at destination office.
  • Updating the Data compliance in CW1
  • Customer invoices to be raised on time and submitted to CS/Customers in a timely manner to get the payment as per agreement with shipper.
  • Placing the booking with carrier as per instructions from shipper / destination office.
  • Payment processing of carrier & billing to customer as per quote to customer.
About you: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Prior experience in handling the shipments.
  • Freight forwarding Industry exposure.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, with strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentation and Word skills.
