Responsibilities

Ensure 100% on time & Accurate KPI reporting as per schedule
Reporting out required for Monthly Operation reviews
Ensure to validate inputs provided by Operations with base data and KPI definitions
Maintain the Deck quality of Operation reviews on all fronts - commentary, graphs, & overall aesthetics
Support KPI/Reverse KPI process improvement initiatives across BUs
Timely IBC customer survey design and implementation plan
Digitization of KPI reports and key KPIs in Power BI or other automation solutions
Governance of SharePoint sites - Find me, Employee engagement tool

Role requirements :

10 to 12 yrs. experience with 4 to 6 yrs in Executive Deck preparation & MIS expert
Experience of working in F&A shared service / International F&A BPO
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance
Excellent MS-office skills. Should be technically sound in tools like Power Point, Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint. Certifications would be added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Good planning and administrative skills
