JOB DESCRIPTION Position : Executive / Sr. Executive R&M Employment Type : On company roles (R&M Management) :

• Maintenance Executive / AM - Maintenance to ensure R&M operation at all houses in his assigned area is running smooth round the clock. All such planned or scheduled day to day activities are completed on time and utilise the technicians accordingly.
• To follow the instructions of their superiors regarding day-to-day work and execute to satisfaction.
• Maintenance Technicians to ensure all log books, vendor service reports, inventory usage, abnormality etc. are being acknowledged & informed to seniors for further action before the shift ends.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• To achieve targets established by Maintenance Manager with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Timely closure of complaint tickets and adhering to TAT as defined by the company.
• Carry-out timely preventive maintenance at all properties & equipment and attend predictive / breakdown maintenance, so as to ensure 100% uptime.
• Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
• Promotes open, constructive and collaborate relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
• Ownership of the day-to-day administration including various report generation / MIS to the Management.
• Ensuring an adequate supply of consumables/materials and service for the proper operation of services and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by management.
• Contribute to the Weekly Meeting Minutes and to the Monthly Management Report to reports as required
• Report and update work progress
• Vendor development and doing site-specific negotiations.

Tools & Tackles :

• To ensure his technicians carry along all required tools & tackles to facilitate their trades.
• Any heavy or costly tools, which are frequently required are available at cluster / city levels.

Educational Qualification : Min. Diploma in Engineering / Bachelor Of Engineering (Preferably Elect/Mech) Experience : 3 - 5 years of handling Multi-City Multiple Sites with any reputed similar industry like ours / QSR / Retail / Hospitality etc. Working days : 6 days a week
Timings : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm - should be flexible to work during odd hours in emergency case.
Place Of Posting : Should be flexible to work anywhere in India and should be open for extensive traveling.
