Position: Sr Executive - International Sales Experience: 2 to 6 Years Locations: Ahmedabad Salary: Rs. 4.00 Lacs to Rs. 5.50 Lacs Contact: Walter (HR - 9884930512) Skills Required: Proven experience in international sales within the FMCG industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with export documentation and trade regulations. Ability to travel internationally as required. Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Identify and explore new international markets for FMCG products. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscapes. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Actively seek and engage with potential clients and distributors globally. Develop and maintain strong relationships with international partners, distributors, and key accounts. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Execute sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales. Export Documentation: Oversee the preparation of pre and post-shipment export documents. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, benefits, and unique selling points of FMCG products. Effectively communicate product information to clients and partners. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead complex contract negotiations with international clients. Work closely with legal professionals to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to the senior management team on international sales progress. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless international operations. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to internal teams.
