Responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle management from onboarding to exit
Implementing processes to ensure all employee related mandates are met within timelines
Coordinate with vendors for off-roll manpower, including agreement tracking, addendums, and compliance documentation.
Support implementation, data management, and process changes in Flexiele (HRMS), including reporting and system updates.
Maintain a centralized Agreement Register that records all agreements and addendums, categorized by location, entity, and vendor
Initiating BGV through an external vendor whenever required.
Maintain accurate HR data and prepare month-end MIS and compliance reports.
Payroll, leave & attendance, mediclaim, salary structuring and all related statutory compliance management including PF, ESIC etc.
Monitor and track adherence to minimum wage requirements across locations
Working on all people related metrics, data and dashboards. Proficiency in data and ability to work on advanced excel would be required
Handling all disciplinary cases and addressing employee grievances (PF,ID cards, Offer Letter etc)
Managing Internal & Statutory audits for all HR related mandates
Experience Required :-
Minimum 1 - 3 years of HR ops experience in a corporate environment. Hands-on experience in payroll & compliance management is a must

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
