Job Responsibilities:

Mentoring

2. To drive the Performance Management system using Spine HRMS



a. Setting of KRAs

b. Appraisal Mid-term and annual

3. Managing Exits



1. HR Policies



a.

Regular updating in line with organizational needs

Communication of Changes across the organization

Overseeing compliances and adherence by the team

Healthy work environment



Facilitating employee motivation and job satisfaction

Managing employee Rewards and Recognition programs Handling grievances and disputes with minimum noise

Liaising with labour consultants and facilitating compliance with the latest labour laws and relevant regulations.



Desired Candidate Profile

Education:



Bachelor in any stream

Post graduation in HR.

MBA in HR management will be preferred.

Background:



8-10 years of experience in a similar role in a mid-sized, manufacturing organization
Authoritative and commanding personality

Good MS Office skills

Good communication skills

Adept at planning and driving various programs

Good analytical and decision-making skills

Good understanding of human psychology.

System-oriented working style

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
