Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
Ensure smooth joining formalities and induction procedures.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Manage attendance records, leave applications, and HR MIS reports.
Support payroll by sharing attendance and monthly HR inputs.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, R&R programs, and events.
Manage employee grievance handling with professionalism and confidentiality.
Support employee wellness initiatives and welfare programs.
4. Performance Management
Assist in coordinating the performance appraisal process.
Follow up with managers and employees for timely submissions.
Track KPIs and maintain performance-related data.
5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure adherence to statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.
Maintain updated knowledge of labour laws and HR policies.
Support audits by preparing required HR documentation.
6. Exit Management
Manage resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and clearance formalities.
Coordinate final settlement documentation with Accounts/Payroll.
Maintain attrition records and exit feedback analysis.
