To help EHS head in implementing the EHS programs across KIL
Key Job Responsibility

• Leads and supports implementation of corporate EHS systems and standards at the location with direction of EHS leadership.
• Leads and supports management of applicable environmental programs (air, water, waste, etc.) by collecting data and helping to assure reports, inspections and samples are completed timely.
• Coordinates with and supports EHS leadership with implementing critical EHS programs at the location. (lockout, mobile equipment, electrical fall prevention, etc.)
• Assists with development of and drives implementation and execution of injury prevention plans
• Leads and supports location fatality and serious injury prevention team and developing action plans to eliminate risks.
• Develops and conducts EHS training to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Leads and supports incident investigations root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coaches and mentors\xe2\x80\x99 frontline supervisors on executing their EHS roles and responsibilities
• Ability to complete other duties as assigned by EHS leadership.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Science, Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) with RLI / CLI,
• MTech \xe2\x80\x93 Industrial Safety
• 8-10 Yrs. Of experience
