Min of 3 - 4 years of experience Required candidate from Packaging Industry. 1. Evaluating market trends and analyzing similar packaging designs. 2. Ensuring packaging designs accurately represent the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand and ethos. 3. Identifying suitable packaging materials and conducting feasibility studies. 4. coordination with the sales team to discuss packaging specifications and confirm budgets. 5. After understanding the actual requirement of the said job we work on the received artwork and share pdf files to the client for approval. 6. Develop and update required packaging material specification changes. 7. Provides troubleshooting assistance to packaging-related production issues. 8. Meeting with the design and marketing teams 9. Work Completed within time. 10. Work In team analysis team loopholes work on that .taking day-to-day basis review for the team. Skills 1. Knowledge of color management system (PMS) related to artwork design and pre-press artwork. 2. Demonstrates general knowledge of basic primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging material types, their performance characteristics and manufacturing processes. 3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required to troubleshoot problems with machinery and issues with the packaging process. 4. Some knowledge in project management including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management a plus. 5. Document management system and electronic workflow system 6. leadership capabilities. 7. Presentation skills to convey and influence design ideas. 8. Cooperate transversally with key departments to achieve department goals 9. Demonstrates general knowledge of basic primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging material types, their performance characteristics and manufacturing processes.
