By having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able create cross-channel deliverables that meet company needs.Responsibilities:

• Own ideation, conceptualization, and creation of the design to help drive discovery for the brands in a visually compelling and provocative manner.
• Creating and communicating concepts.
• Collaborate directly with project teams to understand objectives and project design.
• Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy.
• Brainstorming and developing campaigns while working with internal teams.
• Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion).
• Collaborating and partnering with writers and other designers to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect sync to make the concept as powerful, vivid, and compelling as possible.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
• Deliver award worthy work.
• Supervising a team of junior designers & interns.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Professional Skills:

• Min 4 to 6 years of digital and print design or advertising experience, preferably from an advertising agency.
• Good experience in ad designing and visualization.
• Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated mediums.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
