Gurgaon, Haryana, IndiaThe ESS Total rewards team is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation, rewards and recognition and Benefits programs for India and Poland.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results.
\xc2\xb7 Can administer Reward & Recognition portal.
\xc2\xb7 Workforce query handling for short-term, and long-term incentive plans/ Shareholding Plans, as needed.
\xc2\xb7 Can manage contracting for Compensation-related services.
\xc2\xb7 Fair understanding of current employment/ statuary regulations.
\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with quantitative research.
\xc2\xb7 Partners with external brokers to address benefit-related issues.
\xc2\xb7 Respond to workforce benefits-related questions/issues.
\xc2\xb7 Participate in the Benefit survey and analyze results.You will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits.QualificationsSHARE your talentWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant years of experience with compensation and benefits.
  • Familiarity with compensation survey methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive compensation information.
  • Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment preferred.
