Executive Department Project Management Office Division Kohler India Technical Center, Pune Grade Reporting to Dy. Manager - SAP O2C Product Owner About The Position We (Kohler India Technical Center) are a captive global center providing technical and nontechnical support for all the businesses and product lines for Kohler Co. globally (including Kitchen and Bath, Engines, Generators, Hospitality). Think of this role as the Business Analyst in sales order fulfilment processes. Individual is responsible for ensuring Kohler K&B Global provides its customers with reliable fulfilment dates for every sales order as well as ensuring that our internal execution subsequently meets these customer promises. Individual is responsible for implementing, and internally promoting technology to create efficiencies to understand our performance against key supply chain metrics as well as root cause investigation. The person will be the contact point between the Plant Operations team and the Supply Chain team. A holistic understanding of end-to-end supply chain and corresponding capabilities, processes, and systems, is required to excel in this role. Role And Responsibility Technology Business analyst is required to have a solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems. They must also have a strong understanding of various SAP modules (MM, PP, LE, WM & FICO). Business analyst must be aware of the latest developments and advancements in SAP applications, can translate business solutions into systems programs, and possess knowledge of software testing procedures. Supply Chain (Order management) Process Design Design & help order management team to implement the overall supply chain order fulfilment process. Will contribute into tailoring supply chain processes to fit Kohler customers\' needs, leveraging internal and external experts. Individual will utilize data analytics and process owner insights to create a seamless touchless transition of information and product through the order fulfilment process. Champion continuous improvement initiatives Individual will understand the unique challenges preventing each product line/ global region from achieving order fulfilment goals. The Individual will work together with the team to champion the alignment of all stakeholders to ensure most impactful order fulfilment initiatives are being actioned to completion. Measurement and Continuous Improvement Define key performance indicators (KPIs). Individual will help order management team to identify the most important KPIs to measure the success of the supply chain order fulfilment process to achieve on-time delivery, inventory, and supply chain cost objectives. Individual will lead on how these KPIs are calculated, work with the business to determine targets and identify the systems required to collect the necessary data. Design continuous improvement program with order management team Individuals will collaborate with all order fulfilment process owners to measure adherence, resolve challenges with adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvements. Detail knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems Translate business solutions into systems programs and possess knowledge of software testing procedures. Assess a business\'s needs via business process analysis Analyze system requirements Ensure smooth system integration and enhanced functionalities Provide product training and support when necessary Run tests on all system changes Experience Requirement What we are looking for from your past experience B.S. degree in engineering, supply chain management (SCM) or business management. 6+ years of experience in a supply chain functional area (Order Management Services) Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and BI systems Fluent in English, both written and verbal Experience working with global customers. Proven experience in process definition and implementation, as well as change management Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to effectively communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences. Strong experience and expertise in SAP SD Module and integration with MM, PP, LE, WM and FICO. Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility. Should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. Working experience of organizing UAT and conducting training sessions Agile SCRUM experience is a plus. Educational Qualification Requirement B.E/B.Tech degree in engineering, supply chain management (SCM) or business. MBA in supply chain management is of added advantage.
