Accounts Payables & Receivables: Manage vendor payments, follow up on receivables, and handle cash/credit entries.
Invoice & Bill Entry: Record purchase bills, sales invoices, and journal entries with accuracy.
Accounting Entries: Maintain timely and accurate accounting entries including reconciliations
Documentation: Handle and organize financial documentation including GST & TDS records.
GST & TDS Compliance: Assist CA in monthly/quarterly GST returns and TDS Filing
Monthly Accounts Finalization: Assist in monthly closing, year-end finalization, and statutory filings.
Logistics Co-ordination : Co-ordination with vendors & courier companies for material pickup.
Coordination with CS: Support ROC filings and liaise with the Company Secretary for statutory compliance.
Budgeting & Expenses: Assist in budgeting, monitor expenses, and support expense reporting.
Admin/ Office Supplies: Procurement of office supplies as needed & admin work in office
Quality Checks: Ensure QC of financial data and entries.
Internal Audits: Support in audits and ensure records are audit-ready.

Pay: ₹27,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
