Job Description

The Sr. Engineer / Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and overseeing engineering projects and operations. This role involves analyzing technical requirements, ensuring compliance with standards, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and execute engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
Manage and oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to guide decision-making.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and technical drawings.
Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues, providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Monitor project progress, manage resources, and report status to management.
Participate in procurement, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation as needed.
Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or related field).
Proven experience as an engineer in the relevant discipline, with senior-level experience preferred for Sr. Engineer roles.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, project management tools).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
