Biitcode is urgently hiring for the post of Sr. Engineer Maintenance for our client. Position Name: Sr. Engineer Maintenance Location: Nashik Requisites:
- Must have BE Mech/ DME or BE ( Electrical) / DEE
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Preferred Candidate Seating Industry / Automotive Industries.
- Ensure &Update Daily (1) Preventive Check Sheet Electrical & Mechanical as per plan (2) predicative maintenance (3) Breakdown maintenance (4) Poka yoke verification Check sheet (5) Diesel consumption Monitoring (6) Electrical Consumption Monitoring Panel wise
- Stock Monitoring of Critical Spares in Register
- List of Machine & Utilities Review on Monthly basis
- IATF documentation with audits, Cost reduction, spares control.
- Responsible to handle Poka-yoke, Kaizen & TPM activities.
- Why-Why analysis, MTBF and MTTR
- Working on PLC make machine & assemble fixtures control
- Handle up to DG set & air compressor, Substation (22/0.433KV), APFC with operation & maintenance Panel
- compliance and safety measures at all level
- Lead Improvement activity
- Auditing maintenance activities and ensuring zero downtime
- Supervise work assignments of the team
- Planned & emergency maintenance work
- Experience in JIT Assembly line preferred Quality & Safety
- Ensure zero accident- major injuries or unfortunate fatalities on the shop floor
- 5S Awareness
- Kaizen & continuously improvements awarenes
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
