Job Description
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: To Design and Develop Systems, Sub-Systems & New features for Construction Equipment Participate in Product Development activities along with LTCEL. Participate in Product Testing activities at LTCEL. Cost Reduction activities through Value Engineering. Workout Counter measures for field issues Areas of Exposure / Work Background: Design & Development of Mechanical Engineering systems including Linkages, Kinematics, Structures and Hydraulic System of mobile equipment. Selection of prime mover , drive train and Hydraulic Systems for mobile equipment Knowledge of CAD, Project Management, Failure Analysis/ counter measures, DFMEA, DFM & other design tools. Experience in FEA of structures and heat flow will be an added advantage. Purpose of the position: To Design and Develop Systems, Sub-Systems & New features for Construction Equipment.
