Job Description

Development and validation of the process files for Electromagnetic tools like EMX, Momentum etc.

Work with Electromagnetic tool vendors to solve device and tool related issues.

Characterization and Modeling of Back-end of line devices like Inductors, Capacitors, Transmission lines, Transformers etc.

Works closely with device and other modeling engineers to interpret test results and debug device and measurement issues.

Applies knowledge of semiconductor physics and devices to evaluate and analyze test results.

Prepares reports summarizing results or to make technical recommendations. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities MS/MTech in Electronics/RF-mmWave 0-2 year experience
Fundamental knowledge in RF device physics. Knowledge of RF characteristics of devices like Inductors, Capacitors, Transmission Lines etc.
Knowledge of S-parameters, de-embedding. Knowledge of Electromagnetic tools is an added advantage.
Fluency in English language - Verbal & Written.
