Job Title: Senior Education Counselor (MBA/PGDM Programs) Job Summary: Responsibility for Student Guidance: In this role, you will provide personalized guidance to prospective students interested in pursuing MBA and PGDM programs. One-on-One Consultations: Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals and career aspirations. Program Information: Deliver detailed information about our MBA and PGDM programs, including curriculum, admission requirements, fees, and scholarship opportunities. Application Assistance: Assist students in preparing and submitting their application materials, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate. Admissions Process: Help students navigate the admissions process, including deadlines and interview preparations. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, providing ongoing support and information. Outreach Activities: Conduct outreach activities such as webinars, information sessions, and campus tours to engage with potential applicants. Networking Opportunities: Collaborate with alumni and current students to arrange networking opportunities for prospects. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress. Reporting: Generate reports to track conversion rates and identify areas for improvement in the counseling process. Qualifications: Educational Background: Possess a bachelor\'s degree (a master\'s degree is preferred). Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record in education counseling, particularly in MBA and PGDM admissions. Program Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of MBA and PGDM programs, including admission processes and industry trends. Communication Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills. CRM Proficiency: Be proficient in using CRM software and data management tools.
