Company : Kidvento Education and Research Position: Sr. E Learning Developer Location: Mysore To apply: [HIDDEN TEXT] Remuneration: Rs 8 Lakhs - Rs 9 Lakhs per Annum Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibility Use Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, similar e-learning development tools to develop innovative learning solutions. Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs/conduct needs analysis and gap analysis. Design and develop materials to support projects, implementations, and initiatives for internal and external clients. Write effective instructional textual content, learning objectives, narration for audio and video scripts. Prepare weekly status updates on the progress of work assignments. Stay informed and current on authoring tools, instructional design/learning strategies, and learning delivery methods. Support ELC (LMS) course library and course owners in updating course content when needed. Cross-train other team members on software techniques related to eLearning production. Participate in technical troubleshooting and problem solving regarding all department materials and how they interact with the company LMS system. Work with key departments to understand and document e-learning requirements. Analyze raw content and develop an instructional design based on stated objectives. Develop storyboards, layout templates, course skeleton, mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc., Implement best practice methodologies in terms of user experience, interactivity, gamification, delivery platforms, evaluation methods, learning outcomes, etc. Work closely with content developers and graphic designers throughout project phases. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor\'s degree in curriculum development or organizational development preferred, or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background. Master\'s degree is preferred but not necessary. 3 years\' relevant experience in creating training and developing coursework, collateral materials and training manuals preferred Knowledge and experience with computer-based training software (Adobe Captivate, Articulate E-Learning Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, LMS software, etc.) preferred Knowledge of K-12 educational industry preferred Strong written, verbal, listening and presentation skills Working knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System (LMS).
