E-Learning Developer/Instructional Designer Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content Use Articulate 360/ Adobe Captivate to create visually engaging projects with high-quality learner interactivity Use solid instructional design skills and understanding of learning principles to work on a variety of eLearning projects that may be large or complex in scope Create and maintain eLearning templates and standards Independently develop the project along with handling the clients/stakeholders Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product. Analyse and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design. Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course Basic Qualification and Skills required Graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe CC Proficiency in audio and video content creation Proficiency in eLearning and graphic development tools such as Articulate 360, and Captivate. Experience in researching content for eLearning courses Experience in storyboarding. Experience in animated video creation In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Basic HTML and CSS programming knowledge Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management. Design performance-based, measurable assessments which directly align with learning objectives Soft Skills Required Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and English language communication and presentation skills Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask Clarity of thoughts and vision Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing the quality of output Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to coordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders at Exec and Director levels Work Experience Academics Bachelor of fine arts or equivalent in graphic design and multimedia.
