Delivery Manager # Healthcare (Provider) Roles and responsibilities # 15 -20 years exp # Deep exp in execution of programs projects in Healthcare space (Primarily Providers or a mix of providers Payer) # Exp in different Pricing Engagements like #F MC,FPC,T&M, Output based, Ticket Based Pricing # Provide an oversight to customer# program management office. Work closely with PMO to analyse, forecast & control budgets, schedules & scope # Exp driving digital transformation projects & effectively plan & implement the transformation # Drive well-coordinated approach to ensure customer commitments & contractual obligations are met # Develop & maintain customer connect - CXOs, Procurement, Functional and Technical Managers. # Conduct structured reviews & SCR s with customer stakeholders. # Work closely across work streams to develop & implement standardized processes # Define & achieve annual quarterly revenue (interlocked EE EN NN agreed targets with the Sales Heads) & profitability target s in line with strategy # Improved Billing efficiency for your portfolio # Actively take part in Pre Sales activities at the Account, Vertical & org levels # Hire, develop & retain best-in-class talent, build strong leadership pipeline # Has worked with Account team to increase account Revenue. He She should have experience in Managing account margins using Optimization, pyramid management, infusion of junior engineers & other levers. # Understands the legal aspects of agreed MSA & SoW # Coach, mentor & influence core team members to deliver best-in-class solution & experience # Understand the business drivers priorities & provide direction to the team # Has worked in org specific Project Management processes procedures such as Staffing, Allocation, Guidance, Revenue and Profit Applications, Quality Audits, GDPR etc., Requirements # Overall 20 years exp, leading large healthcare customer engagements including Managed Services, staff augmentation etc # BS in Computer Science IS or related field # 5 years of exp managing large customer (150 ) engagements, legacy modernization migration &transformation programs. Exp working with & influencing senior-level executives, stakeholders # Onsite experience would be an added advantage.
