Run the SDR team as a growth engine
Lead the ABM charter for global enterprise clientele
Lead the overall Demand Generation charter for the company, based out of GurgaonLead a team spread across marketing and SDR / BDR team
Experience
? 14+ years in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech Marketing
? Proven ownership of integrated demand and growth at scale
? Experience across digital, SDR-led motions, field, ABM, and sales-aligned GTM
Capability
? Strong grasp of funnel design, analytics, automation, and budget management
? Comfortable using AI and modern martech to drive execution speed and insightLeadership
? High-energy, builder mindset
? Strong cross-functional influence with Sales, Product, SDRs, and RevOps
? Thinks in systems, leverage, and repeatability, not one-off campaigns
