• Leading a team of Support Engineers in our Chennai office and coordinating with engineering teams in our US and Bulgaria offices.
• Specializing in the field of automotive traffic management & optimization;
• Working with specialized software for traffic data acquisition, analyses, and optimization;
• Training team members and developing/streamlining training materials;
• Troubleshooting and assisting partners with technical issues;
• Training partners on the use of our Web Based Interface and other software;
• Reporting your team\xe2\x80\x99s progress and performance to the Engineering Support Manager

YOUR Experience, Skills, and Qualification that will make YOU successful:

• An Engineering degree or a degree in related field (Electronics, Computer Science) will be considered a significant advantage;
• Experience in handling technical support phone calls in the US or Canada;
• Very good working level of English language, both written and spoken;
• Sound knowledge of the following:

o knowledge of problem-solving, algebra etc o scientific (time calculation, physics) and o IT skills (Basic networking, VPN access, Microsoft office products, Google docs etc);

• The ability to think methodically and to manage projects;
• Ability to effectively oversee and manage a team;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work to deadlines;
• Quick learner able and willing to invest time in own qualification and development.
