Job Family Descriptor Manage customer queries related to all services and solutions delivered includes complex customer issues diagnosing and thereby resolving and fixing Act as a conduit between customer and other teams such as engineering architecture etc for any issue resolution Provide L2L3 support to resolve hardwaresoftware issues by applying tehnical expertise Broad outline of the Role Operating Network - Key External Required Experience in SDH/DWDM/OTN network. Will be able to handle project related activities Knowledge / Skills Communication Skills 19. Contributes to the success of other team members - to make the team successful. 21. Technical Competencies Basic knowledge on IP data network CCNA & CCNP Certification preferable Experience in NMS/EMS applications Experience in OSS & TMN Environment Experience in Database applications like Remedy, Clarity & Crammer etc Experience in SONET/SDH/OTN environment is a definite plus Should have excellent communication skills in English - Verbal & Oral Operating Network - Key Internal Minimum qualification & experience B.E / B.Tech in Electronics and Communications or Equivalent qualification with 4 to 6 years\' experience in Telecommunications or large enterprise systems support environment. Key Responsibilities Good knowledge on Provisioning in SDH/SONET/DWDM/OTN Transport Network Should have previous experience in NOC/Provisioning & Testing experience Coordination with Other Licensed Operators for Planned Outages / Migrations Basic knowledge on IP data network Experience in NMS/EMS applications Experience in OSS & TMN Environment Other knowledge/skills Coordination with Planning and Field Support teams for the delivery of SDH/SONET/DWDM/OTN Core bandwidths Ability to work unsupervised, be a team player under pressure and should be delivering best in class service in line with the organization standards Consultation and support to wider teams to support their activities where necessary Able to adapt quickly to new systems, technologies and processes Working knowledge of Any Foreign Language (French/Spanish/German/Japanese etc) is a definite plus.
