As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering top-notch service will be crucial in maintaining our brand\'s reputation and fostering positive customer relationships. Responsibilities: Respond quickly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) while maintaining a professional tone. Give accurate information about our products, services, prices, promotions, and delivery choices. Help customers place orders, track shipments, and resolve any order-related problems, including refunds and replacements. Fix technical issues on our website, guiding customers through the buying process. Identify and address potential problems to ensure customer happiness, escalating complex issues when needed. Understand our products well, allowing you to offer personalized suggestions based on preferences. Keep good records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our system. Collaborate with other teams like operations and marketing, sharing customer feedback and contributing to improvements. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to improve our brand\'s customer experience. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree 2-3 years of experience in Customer service Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, food, or grocery. Good verbal and written communication skills. Approach problem-solving with empathy, patience, and a customer-focused attitude. Familiarity with CRM systems and computer applications. Manage time well and pay attention to detail. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision. Passion for food and interest in sustainable, quality products is a plus.
