1) Meeting & Greeting customers as they enter our store 2) Understanding customer requirements 3) Directing customers to the most suitable sales managers 4) Engaging the client if all sales team is busy and be able to give impressive overview of the kind of product and services we offer 5) Flag all hot and warm prospects to the sales head in a daily report and where needed. 6) Get a feedback from customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction and options shared by the sales team after a pre-f=defined period of the customer actual visit to the store 7) Ensure look and feel of the store is as per pre \xe2\x80\x93defined standards and where needed to escalate to the facility manager / sales head 8) Offer a warm goodbye as the customer leaves and ensuring that a track is kept of the numbers of walk-ins on a daily bases and that each walk-ins has been captured in our Internal CRM system (ODOO) 9) Experience in handling HNI clients in the luxury segment will be a plus. 10) Should be conversant in English, Hindi & Telugu (Mandatory) Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9480,000.00 - 9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
