Design, Testing & Commissioning of Control System, SCADA and Governor Control JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Drawings & Documents preparation as per project requirement
• Preparation of software PLC logics as per the project requirement.
• Hardware/Software engineering including GA/IA and wiring drawings
• Preparation SCADA screens and configuration
• Preparation of material specification and further procurement process
• Testing of Cubicles/Panels as per the test protocols - FAT
• Pre commissioning and commissioning of Control Cubicles Governor, UCB, CCB at site
• Testing of panels with field components, loop checks.
• Complete system setup with all networking components including EWS and OWS
• 3rd Party communication Viz. OPC, Modbus, RS-232, 485.
• Communication with protection relays on IEC 61850, Modbus and IEC 104
• As built documentation and Conduction of SAT.
• Site closure.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• BE(Electrical/Electronics) with an experience of 10-15 years
• Design knowledge of PLC, SCADA system; Knowledge of field instruments, Exposure of site commissioning, Knowledge of International Standards, Good command on Microsoft Office, Knowledge of Network Component and Network configuration.
• Knowledge/Experience of PLCC, OLTA, CCTV, LVS, Access control system, Level and Flow measurement of Hydro Power Plants will be an added advantage.
